Bwin Release Real Money Android Poker App

Back in November Full Tilt Poker released the first ever, real money Android poker app called Rush Poker Mobile. Unfortunately, the events of Black Friday have meant that the Rush Poker app is not longer available for Android poker players. Thankfully, we haven’t had too long to wait for a replacement, with the arrival of the Bwin for Android poker app.
In January of this year Bwin launched the first Apple approved poker app for iPhones and iPads, called Bwin for iPhones. Apple’s strict policies concerning real money gambling apps meant it was only available for download from the iTunes App Store in the United Kingdom and Austria, which hampered the widespread use of the Bwin iPhone poker app.
Thankfully, the Bwin Android app does not suffer the same restrictions and is free to download from the Bwin website from anywhere in the world. U.S. players, however, will not be able to play for real money.
The Bwin Android app closely resembles the iPhone app and boasts all the same great features that made Bwin for iPhone so popular, including

Google do not allow real money poker apps in their Android Maret app store so you will need to download the app directly from the Bwin website. If you have never installed a Non Android Market app before, you may first need to make a small change to your phones setting. To allow Non-Market apps on your Android phone just go to Settings > Applications and enable "Unknown sources" if it is not already enabled.
To install the Bwin Android poker app, here is what you do.
- Visit Bwin.com and create a new account. It’s easiest do this from your PC or Mac
- Open the Chrome browser on your Android and browse to bwin.com/androidpoker
- Select the big yellow Download Now button and the bwinpoker.apk app should begin to download
- Once it has downloaded, double tap the bwinpoker.apk file and select Install.
- You can now launch the Bwin Android poker app and start play Texas Holdem cash games on the world’s largest mobile poker network.
Note: The install process may vary slightly from phone to phone.
